Job Summary:


We are looking for a Manager at a swimming pool company who is looking to take the next step and become a pool company owner.

We are investors with experience in home services and the pool industry is where we want to focus. You will be the main point person for helping us create the best pool company around. Honesty, integrity and great customer service are all required.

Duties:


  • Manage daily pool operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Ensure the pool area is clean, safe, and wellmaintained at all times.
  • Hiring and training all pool technicians. Supervising technicians to ensure highest levels of professionalism.

Skills:


  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of pool staff.
  • Hospitality Experience: Background in hospitality or resort management preferred.
  • Assistant Manager Skills: Proficiency in assistant manager duties such as scheduling, training, and customer service.
  • Supervising: Strong supervisory skills to oversee pool staff effectively.
  • Report Writing: Ability to prepare reports on pool operations and activities.
  • 5 years plus as a pool technician, manger highly encouraged.
  • Starting salary listing is just a starting point. As a part owner and leader of the company, pay should increase dramatically once the company achieves success.
