Munich offers various services in the field of vehicle development.

On their behalf, we are currently looking for a
Team Assistant (m/f/d) to join their team as soon as possible

Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for organizing various departmental appointments
  • You will create and prepare various documents (presentations, protocols, etc.)
  • You will support the team with administrative tasks (e.g. related to business trips)
  • You will communicate with the team and internal and external partners
  • You will create offers

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have previous experience as a team or project assistant
  • Ideally, you are familiar with MS Office applications, SAP/R3, and Confluence
  • Good German language skills are desirable for smooth
