What You Will Achieve


This Associate colleague will work on a wide variety of Special projects across the Global Product Advertising team under the leadership of the Sr.

Director of Creative Pathway, Tools, & Standards in the Chief Marketing Office.

They will assist with the documentation and development process of centralized problem-solving approaches (vs product by product duplication), collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and streamline marketing processes, and help implement a consistent & data driven creative impact approach in partnership with other colleagues.

How you will Achieve It- Help bolster relationships with Special Projects partners to ensure benefit of best practices and superior creative excellence processes and standards.- Assist with the implementation of new opportunities to remove internal and external barriers that get in the way of optimal creative power (e.g., unified approach to Regulatory guidance, testimonials, etc.)- Partner with analytics teams to ensure both external agencies and product marketers adhere to creative and quality standards and driving continuous improvement- Assist with the implementation and adoption of processes, tools, and standards across the global marketing organization- Thrive in a high-performance team culture, inclusive of partnership model with Global and US product marketers, that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a drive for results


Qualifications:

Must Haves- 1+ years experience or related university-level coursework, internship, etc. in product marketing/marketing operations in a highly regulated environment.- Ability to contribute to organizational infrastructure projects that enable business driving creative excellence via breakthrough campaigns for products- Can deliver on organizational improvement initiatives that directly impact the impact and effectiveness of product marketers- Collaborative, resourceful, inspiring colleague with aptitude for leading and partnering with others to achieve best in class processes, tools, and standards that bolster performance driven creative- Ability to partner with diverse multi-disciplinary teams spread over multiple functions and geographies- Capable of translating business goals and product marketer pain-points into process improvement initiatives- Excellent communication and people engagement skills across a matrixed organization- Business acumen with ability to link creative strategy to commercial metrics and convey insights and optimization to peers- Role model for the PFE Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy)- Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and well under pressure

Nice to Haves- Bachelor's Degree required. Pharma experience a plus, process improvement and analytics experience strongly preferred.
