Responsibilities:
Collect and synthesize results across SAP research partners in support of priority topics across the Marketing and Solutions board area, including:
- Build and maintain a central knowledge base, that organizes research results, data, and insights for the Marketing & Solutions board area
- Capture and translate insights across 3rd party and internal research to support Marketing & Solution priorities Align relevant data and insights a) with active research needs across research teams, and b) in support of marketing needs
- Create and manage regular distribution of relevant insights including emerging trends, competitive learnings, etc.
- Collaborate with all stakeholder groups: building relationships, managing expectations, and driving progress
- Maintain expert knowledge of trends in research methods, procedures, and tools to ensure insights management practices remain effective and efficient
- 510 years of insights / knowledge management experience, preferably in a B2B and/or technology company.
- Good understanding of a wide range of research methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, observational studies, data analytics.
- Ability to form connections with internal and external partners and maintain friendly, positive, and productive relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly strategic mindset, including strong instincts and a demonstrated ability to surface key insights, identify research opportunities, and to develop, execute and deliver on plans.
- An innate curiosity to dive deeper, to get beneath the surface and find that intricate detail that leads to Aha moments.
- Ability and willingness to thrive in a fastpaced, rapidly changing work environment.
- A driven, highly motivated nature and a commitment to improvement.
- This is an individual contributor (not people manager) role.
