    SummaryAs a Sr Business Analyst, you work with a wide variety of stakeholders to gather, and clearly document, business requirements for Canteen's new client reporting platform, Intelisight.

    Your strong business acumen will help derive goals from non-technical clients, prioritize, and then communicate these goals clearly to our technical teams for implementation.

    An understanding of data will help you design and troubleshoot databases needed for new reporting features.

    You will assist with onboarding new clients to the platform including, but not limited to, data validation, stakeholder management, and project planning.

    This a hybrid position located in Charlotte, Chicago or Minneapolis, with What you'll do:

    Be a key point of contact for Canteen client teams that service Fortune 500 companiesAssist with onboarding Canteen clients and client teams to Intelisight reporting platformCollaborate with Canteen business and technical teams to understand core systems, perform data discovery, and design metrics needed for client reporting Write technical requirements documentation for our developer teamsPresent products and new features to stakeholders, and receive feedback on changesWork within a software development lifecycle process, collaborating with project managers and technical teams What you'll bring:Bachelor's (or higher) degree in business analytics, finance, economics, accounting or a related field2+ year of experience in Business Analytics and requirements gatheringStrong business acumenExperience working with databases preferredExperience presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to develop and own stakeholder relationshipsAttention to detailApply to E15 todayE15 is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
