As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab, you will deliver quality patient care under the guidance of the Clinical Coordinator or Nursing Unit Director. Your responsibilities include planning, executing, and assessing nursing care based on established principles. You will foster personalized, goal-oriented care through the nursing process and primary nursing principles, following hospital protocols. Collaboration with other shifts, departments, and ongoing education participation are crucial for maintaining high-quality care standards.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Associates degree in Nursing (Required)
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (Preferred)
Required Skills
Proficiency in critical thinking, making informed decisions, and working independently in challenging situations. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and respond effectively.
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
Licenses
Active RN licensure in Georgia or multi-state/compact RN license
Salary Range: $35.0 - $45.0 per hour
