This position can be filled in Hannover, Palma, Luton, or Sousse and offers hybrid work options.

This position can be filled full-time or part-time (minimum 75%).

As an HR Business Partner for TUI Global Business Services (TGBS), you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced international HR team.

You will be responsible for aligning the HR strategy with TGBS's business goals and for embedding TGBS policies and procedures to drive performance and achieve a high level of global consistency.

You will primarily work with leaders from TGBS Finance Operations Southern Hubs, located in Palma (Spain), Sousse (Tunisia), and Cancun (Mexico).

ABOUT THE ROLE

Act as an active advisor and single point of contact for the TGBS Southern Hubs leaders in both global and local perspectives in key processes (such as performance, succession, and talent management, organizational design, resourcing, and global mobility) to achieve business goals through a strategic approach.

Responsible for the effective and efficient implementation of HR core processes in accordance with global guidelines and taking into account local conditions in different countries.
