Your tasks

For the Lean Management department at our Villingen-Schwenningen location, we are looking for a student (m/f/d) to join us for a mandatory internship of 6 months starting in the winter semester of September 2024.

A combination of voluntary and mandatory internship is possible, with a minimum mandatory period of 12 weeks. The majority of the work will be on-site at the Villingen-Schwenningen location, with the possibility of remote work upon agreement.

Your tasks will include:
  • Participation in projects related to Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and Lean Management
  • Process analysis in production and logistics
  • Support, preparation, and execution of CIP workshops
  • Assuming responsibility for sub-projects

  • Student in the field of industrial engineering, business administration with a technical focus, or similar fields of study
  • Prior knowledge in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) and Lean Management is advantageous
