We are currently seeking a Product Compliance Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on explosion protection - full-time - with the option to work from home in Mannheim.

Responsibilities:

Planning, conducting, and organizing Excertification projects with external testing facilities and service providers
Independently preparing certification documentation
Technical negotiation with authorities and testing institutes both domestically and internationally
Close collaboration with colleagues in development, including consulting on standards and safety aspects in explosion protection throughout the product lifecycle
Creating safety assessments and risk evaluations
Contributing to the creation and review of internal standards, processes, and product documentation
Continuous education on (inter)national standards, regulations, and their interpretation Requirements:
Completed degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification with relevant work experience
Ideally, experience in product certification or development, preferably in explosion protection
Good English language skills and strong communication abilities
Project management experience
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
