- Frontend Development: Spearhead the creation and refinement of user-centric, responsive, and visually captivating web interfaces using cutting-edge frontend technologies.
- Backend Development: Architect, deploy, and optimize robust backend systems for enhanced scalability and efficiency.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and end users, to delineate project requirements crucial for delivering top-tier software solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Translate project specs into tangible web applications, employing clean, maintainable code while adhering to DevOps best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews of fellow Developers' work.
- Ensure seamless application functionality through structured testing methodologies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation encompassing system architecture, design specifics, and implementation details. Uphold historical records by documenting application development and revisions.
- Design and administer MS SQL databases, encompassing modeling, normalization, and optimization to uphold data integrity.
- Execute SQL queries, prioritizing efficiency.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and rectify technical glitches, bugs, user concerns, and performance bottlenecks to optimize application performance.
- Safeguard operational integrity and user confidentiality.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of five years' hands-on experience in Full-stack development, emphasizing scalable and maintainable architectures.
- Business Analysis (Stakeholder engagement)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Agile/Scrum, Developer prioritization, UAT, etc.)
- Comprehensive grasp of database and web server technologies (MS SQL, Apache/IIS servers)
- Proficiency in Java is mandatory; familiarity with Python and is advantageous.
- Frontend languages including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript along with JavaScript frameworks (JQuery, Angular, React, Vue, Telerik Kendo)
- Back-end technologies encompassing Microsoft SQL, T-SQL, C#/.NET 5, PHP, and Git for version control.
- User authentication/authorization
- Kendo UI, jQWidgets, SSIS/SSRS, Crystal Reports, are pluses.
