Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our team.
As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating new business opportunities in the Boston market.
We have a team of talented professionals, driven by results and relationships and committed to taking care of our clients and each other.
What You Will be Doing Our Commercial Sales Representatives focus on new, business-to-business account development. Responsibilities include prospecting, effectively managing a sales funnel, face to face sales, setting appointments with prospective clients, interviewing to assess client needs, presenting proposals and delivering on a sales quota. Ultimately close deals to hit monthly sales goals.
(Account Examples:
apartment complexes, health care, hospitality, property management, high rises, and much more.)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Boston market for our Commercial Energy Solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business development opportunities
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Experience:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technical sales or business development
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Experience in business sales is a plus but not NEEDED
Job Types:

Pay:
$60, $80,000.00 per year
