Customer Service Representative - Patch Grove, WI


The location for this position is within the service area of LSW Netz, with the current workplace being in Wolfsburg.


LSW is your regional provider for energy and water, supplying approximately 200,000 households with electricity, natural gas, district heating, and water.

Our service area extends from Wolfsburg to the district of Gifhorn, as well as parts of the districts of Helmstedt, Wolfenbüttel, and Börde.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Providing crossmedia customer support for topics such as house connections, photovoltaics, and emobility and charging infrastructure
  • Ensuring compliance with technical connection conditions (e.g. TAB, VDE)
  • Providing technical customer support for lowvoltage feedin systems
  • Initial consultation for additional services related to photovoltaics, emobility, and charging infrastructure
  • Creating and reviewing measurement and connection concepts
  • Providing technical advice to customers, planning offices, and installers in different phases of the HOAI during the installation of charging infrastructure
  • Evaluating and reviewing network connection applications and connection requests
  • Acting as a contact person for the customer service department and service providers

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Master's/Technician's degree or engineering degree in electrical or supply engineering
  • Experience in metering and measurement technology
  • Ideally, several years of experience in the field of feedin systems or network
