SUMMARY OF POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Abel Construction is hiring for the following positions:
General Laborers Track Loader Operators

Pipe Layers Small and Large Dozer Operators

Backhoe Operators Scraper Operators

Mini Excavator Operators Carpenter/Concrete Finisher

Large Excavator Operators Construction Crew Leaders

Earthwork Supervisor Commercial Driver(s) w/ tanker endorsement


TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate Heavy Equipment in compliance with Abel Construction's operating safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure company equipment is maintained and kept clean.
  • Check all fluids, grease and fuel equipment.
  • Utilize various pieces of equipment to perform fine grading, slope grading, backfilling, demolition, trenching, loading, excavating and stockpiling material.

Please note:
this job is not forklift or machine shop oriented. It is excavation field oriented.
