    As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression to our guests and will provide superior hospitality, customer service and a welcoming Aloha.

    As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression to our guests and will provide superior hospitality, customer service and a welcoming Aloha.

    We are recruiting for energetic and vibrant employees who can deliver prompt, efficient, and courteous service to our right candidate who enjoys creating a personal connection and an unforgettable resort experience for our guests.

    Job Summary/Essential Functions

    *Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:*

    Deliver prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests.

    Effectively handle and fulfill guest requests.

    Ensure accuracy of all shift end paperwork, including posting charges, accuracy of cash drawer funds, and making folio adjustments.

    Efficiently check guests in and out of the resort.

    Maintain a flexible work schedule.

    Must be able to fully understand and use the front desk software, and must have general knowledge of the resort.

    Must be able to understand and use the telephone system.

    Must have knowledge of the resort(s).

    Must be able to take reservations for owners/guests and input into resort system.

    Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.

    **Job Specifications:**

    Preferred customer service experience.

    Must possess excellent telephone and customer service skills.

    Must have excellent oral English communication skills.

    Must have basic math skills and aptitude.

    Must have a professional appearance.

    Must have basic computer knowledge.

    Loves engaging and creating a personal connection with our guests.

    Multi-tasking skills.

    Enjoys a fast paced environment.

    Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner.

    Ability to work effectively with other department employees and guests.
