A challenging role

As a Performance Manager for the business unit of network-based energy solutions, you actively contribute to the energy transition, secure supply, and the energy system of tomorrow.

You are responsible for the commercial planning process for the business unit, cascading goals to products and organizational units, and coordinating planning figures with the respective responsible parties.

You are jointly responsible for tracking and monitoring goal achievement (products and organizational units) as well as supporting the definition of measures in case of goal deviations.

This not only creates transparency about numbers, but you also regularly prepare management-oriented analyses and provide corresponding recommendations for action.

You act as a business partner for various stakeholders, coordinating diverse content-related topics between different departments and ensuring targeted decision-making through analyses and reports.

You not only ensure reliable performance management processes, but also consistently and efficiently develop them with the possibilities of digitalization.
