Calculator / Work Planner (m/f/d) in 13086 Berlin-Pankow:

The Pankow Business Circle is the largest business network in the Pankow district and with this initiative, we are targeting Pankow residents who want to work in Pankow in order to have a short commute to work.


In doing so, we are contributing to reducing CO2 emissions and drawing attention to the many good companies and businesses in Pankow.

We are tasked with finding suitable employees for our member companies.


Your future responsibilities:


  • Making our customers happy with your skills
  • Collaboration with customers and partners during the bidding phase in the interior construction sector
  • Independent and responsible processing of bids and customer inquiries
  • Quantity checks, performance assessments, and cost estimates
  • Obtaining price quotes from subcontractors and suppliers and evaluating them
  • Inventory evaluation and inventory taking
  • Development of special proposals and alternatives
  • Preparation of performance specifications, order calculations, and amendments
  • Support throughout the bidding process and participation in contract negotiations
  • Handover of projects to the construction management for execution
  • Postcalculation
  • Development and expansion of a calculation database
