Position Summary
As the Deployment Senior Manager – East you will lead the roll out of the IONNA charging network in the eastern region of the US.
The successful candidate will lead the project management team responsible for the construction of charging stations and accompanying amenities. They will implement necessary processes and controls to achieve on time and on budget KPIs.Responsibilities
Lead deployment and execution for DC fast charging installations and related amenities through site preparation, installation, construction and commissioning
Accountable for achieving construction budgets and schedules; tracking all project costs, approving contractor and vendor requests costs, and mitigating potential change orders
Execute project deployment processes and controls
Partner with internal stakeholders and 3 rd
party partners to procure all items required to complete the installation of charging sites at scale
Execute a standard execution model for deployment across site acquisition, procurement, installation, construction, and commissioning
Coordinate key project management process to maintain the EV roll out in an efficient and controlled manner
Ensure a smooth handoff to Service Operations after commissioning to drive industry-leading uptime
Skills and Experience
7+ years in Design and Construction of EV Charging sites
Demonstrated background in leading charging network deployment
Detailed understanding of the current public fast charging landscape
Exceptional communication and project management skills to effectively progress discussions with important stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree in Science or equivalent

Actual base salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications and specific work location.
