    About Our Client

    Our client is an entrepreneurial and growing specialized financial services company.

    Job Description

    Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize conflicting demands and ensure efficient use of time.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including screening and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

    Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

    Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure all travel-related documents are organized.

    Provide general administrative support to the CEO, such as managing expense reports, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies. Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned.

    Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.

    The Successful Applicant

    -Bachelor's degree

    - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

    - Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
