    Job Description

    Talent Cultivation:

  • Manage the tracking and documentation of mandatory and optional training, certifications, and assessments.
  • Spearhead recruitment efforts, collaborating closely with departmental managers to identify key competencies and skills for open positions.
  • Conduct thorough background checks and verification processes for new hires.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and contribute to employee recognition initiatives.

    HR Operational Excellence:
  • Administer and execute various HR programs including compensation, benefits, and leave management.
  • Address employment-related inquiries and concerns from applicants, employees, and supervisors.
  • Participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

    A Thriving Work Environment:
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster proactive communication channels.
  • Uphold positive employee relations through fair policy administration and swift issue resolution.
  • Assist in conducting wage surveys and recommending competitive compensation strategies.
  • Facilitate change management processes to foster a culture of adaptability and innovation.

    Championing High Performance:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging HR technologies.
  • Utilize business insights to develop actionable plans for enhancing performance and reducing costs.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategic changes based on data-driven analysis.
  • Fulfill other duties as assigned by demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

    Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of human resource experience preferred.
