    Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Insurance Domain Expert

    Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

    Years of Experience: 9+ years

    Domain Expertise: Insurance, P&C Insurance, General Insurance

    Key Skills:

    Proficient in Selenium automation testing

    Strong experience in Groovy scripting

    Extensive knowledge and expertise in the Insurance domain, specifically in Property & Casualty (P&C) or General Insurance

    Experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms (preferred)

    Solid understanding of software development methodologies and testing practices

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    Strong communication and collaboration abilities

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Groovy scripting language.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

    Apply domain expertise in Insurance, specifically in P&C or General Insurance, to design comprehensive test cases.

    Execute test cases, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

    Participate in test planning, estimation, and strategy discussions.

    Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

    Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    9+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.

    Proven track record of working with Selenium WebDriver and Groovy scripting for test automation.

    Deep understanding of Insurance domain concepts, including policy administration, claims processing, underwriting, etc.

    Experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms is highly desirable.

    Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
