    Description

    Yaxx, Inc is a full-service marketing agency servicing startups to Fortune 100 organizations in the hi-tech industry with a special emphasis on HPC, AI and Cloud. Yaxx is hiring a full-time Director of Marketing. This position will be responsible for developing marketing programs with rich content that build awareness and drive unwavering demand for our client's products. We are seeking an experienced marketing director with an emphasis on writing, PR/AR and developing email campaigns that deliver results. This position will report directly to the CEO of the organization and will be client facing.

    The Ideal Candidate Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate a track record in overseeing successful product launches, content marketing, sales enablement, marketing strategy, persona development, web / SEO strategy, virtual/live event, in previous assignments.
    • Create marketing strategies that align to vertical segments/use case
    • Writing/Editing Capabilities
    • Press releases, blogs, email campaigns, social media postings, newsletters, etc
    • Edit each of these documents (typically using Grammarly)
    • Public and Analyst Relations
    • Write press releases
    • Write pitches
    • Schedule interviews
    • Get articles published
    • Develop press and analyst briefings
    • Manage editorial schedule
    • Demand Generation
    • Write and develop e-mail marketing campaigns
    • Develop eye catching subject/headlines
    • Write compelling call to action body copy
    • Coordinate demand generation/email marketing campaigns with other
    • Execute e-mail campaigns in Hubspot
    • Manage Hubspot
    • Edit web pages/create new web pages as needed
    • Create/post: blogs, newsletters, emails, social media
    • Manage workflows for solutions
    • Update/manage contacts
    • Update/post: new graphics, videos, collateral, podcasts, emails, blogs, newsletters
    • Pull SQL leads
    • Build/Manage Hubspot Automation
    • Data migration
    • Workflows
    • Integrations
    • Event planning, coordination, management
    • Develop Brands and Collateral Assets with the help of professional graphic designer and copywriters
    • Project Management Skills
    • Video creation/editing
    • Set up discovery calls, help craft script/outline, edit/produce video
    • Podcast creation/editing
    • Set up discovery calls, help craft script/outline, edit/produce podcast

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Prior agency experience a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead marketing campaigns
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated experience in producing quality content to specific buyer personas across a customer journey
    • Ability to strategize to drive successful outcomes; leveraging problem solving and analytical thinking skills
    • Aptitude and ability to translate technical content/user experience into marketing-messaging for specific buyer groups
    • Previous experience working in the product marketing function in B2B
    • Ideal candidate will have brought "use cases" to market - by user type or industry.
    • HPC/AI/ML/Data Center Technology background and experience a huge plus
    • 8-10 years' experience marketing technology preferred
    • Degrees are great but we're more interested in your abilities
