Overview:
Duties:
- Manage daily store operations, including shipping, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized back office
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
- Proficiency in inventory control to optimize stock levels
- Excellent supervisory skills for managing a team effectively
- Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of shift management to ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and analyzing financial reports
