    Job Summary

    The Ellison Institute of Technology is in search of a talented and passionate Enterprise Application Administrator (Data Analyst) to join its IT team. In this role at EIT, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing the use of HR, Finance, and other technology-dependent enterprise data systems. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and support of HR, Finance, and other software platforms, as well as tools and integrations. These activities are aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making through detailed reporting and user-friendly data visualizations.

    The Enterprise Application Administrator (Data Analyst) will be accountable for the following:

    Job Accountabilities:

    System Implementation and Training:

    • Assist with planning, executing, and overseeing enterprise system rollouts.
    • Collaborate across teams to align with organizational goals effectively.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the implementation process.
    • Create and deliver training resources to educate staff on system functionality.

    Data Management and Analysis:

    • Maintain data accuracy and integrity through audits and assessments.
    • Analyze data to support strategic decisions and compliance reporting.
    • Implement security protocols and establish data connections for efficient reporting.
    • Develop data visualizations using business intelligence tools.

    Technical Support and Maintenance:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for system inquiries, addressing issues promptly.
    • Carry out regular system upkeep, updates, and optimizations.
    • Evaluate and introduce necessary system upgrades.
    • Manage and sustain system integrations as required.

    Customization and Process Improvement:

    • Personalize platforms to meet organizational requirements, including reports, workflows, and integrations.
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancement through automation and best practices.

    Compliance and Audit:

    • Ensure data accuracy and compliance by conducting regular audits and implementing controls.

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Preferred Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise application administration, with expertise across HR, Finance, and systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite.

    Preferred Field of Expertise: Enterprise Application Administration and Data Analysis.

    Salary: $99,248 – 143,031, DOE
