Your tasks:

First point of contact for customers and subcontractors from the start of execution until acceptance
Preparation of offers, measurements, tenders, and contract awards
Leadership and motivation of colleagues on the construction site
Inspection and documentation of progress and quality of services based on calculated deadlines and costs
Control of subcontractor invoices and preparation of invoicing to customers
Ensuring optimal material supply for our construction sites

You have:

A degree in civil engineering or a master's title (concrete builder/mason/carpenter) with relevant professional experience
Good technical understanding and project experience
Enjoyment of a varied and independent job
The ability to think outside the box and find solutions to problems
The talent to keep an overview even in complex situations
