Your responsibilities will be diverse and varied.

You will work closely with our employees in the field, which includes independently planning and monitoring operations, managing employee schedules, and training new employees.

Our office has a clear division of tasks, so you will have both fixed and unpredictable tasks.

As you may know from the industry, no two days are the same, so we require spontaneity, flexibility, and the willingness to work outside of regular office hours and approach situations such as absences, accidents, or alarms with a cool head and according to prescribed procedures.


Your profile:

  • Minimum certification according to §34a GewO
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, and team spirit
  • Clean criminal record and good reputation
  • Driver's license class B
  • Proficiency in Outlook (e.g. writing emails), Word, and Excel
