We are an independent and owner-managed communication agency located in the heart of Darmstadt. For over 20 years, we have been providing services to national and international clients in B2C and B2B communication.

Our core competencies include PR consulting, copywriting for various target groups, campaigning, social media, influencer marketing, digital platforms, media relations, as well as media planning and buying.


We are a creative team and we want you to join us: a motivated and dedicated student (m/f/d) with an interest in social media and community management to support our campaigns.


Your tasks include:


  • As a working student (m/f/d) in the field of social media & community management, you will directly communicate with users on our clients' social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
  • You will respond to community questions in comments and messages and provide customer support.
  • In case of critical comments, you will act as a moderator to deescalate the situation and initiate internal processes.
  • Based on your interactions with users, you will provide important insights for communication strategies.

What you bring:


  • You are studying online journalism, online communication, or a similar field.
  • You are proficient in using the features on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • You have a reliable, independent, and responsible work ethic.
  • You are fluent in spoken and written German.
