Outplacement Consultant (m/f/d) in Port Washington, WI

Are you looking for a new job? We are looking for several experienced outplacement consultants (m/f/d) with empathy who can thrive in a dynamic corporate environment and effectively support employees during their career transition process.


As an integral part of a newly created coaching and consulting center for our client, you will take on the professional guidance of personnel restructuring at the Port Washington location.


Our offer to you:

  • You will receive an attractive salary ranging from €5,000 to €6,600 gross per month
  • The position is initially limited to 12 months (with the possibility of extension)
  • Possible planned start dates are: April 1, 2024, May 1, 2024, or June 3, 202
  • The workload includes 38 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

  • Individual support of employees during their transition to new jobs and identification of suitable positions in the job market
  • Support of change processes through professional consulting and coaching
  • Application of aptitude diagnostic methods to clarify professional positioning
  • Identification of training needs and development of individual marketing strategies
  • Active placement of employees through targeted job search and coaching in application campaigns
  • Conducting trainings to improve communication skills in job interviews and preparation for salary and contract negotiations
