Upscale Sushi restaurant located in Bakery Square, Pittsburgh, PA seeks an experienced full-time
Sushi Chef.


Upscale Sushi restaurant is a gin and raw bar that re-imagines the sushi experience where global ingredients are married with traditional Japanese flavors to create inspired combinations of color, technique, and style.

- $65-80K salary

Schedule requirements:


  • 5 days a week
  • Closed Sunday and Monday

Language requirements:


  • English

Experience:


  • 3+ years of Sushi experience (knowledge of various sushi types and sushirolling techniques)
  • BOH management experience
  • ServSafe certified
  • Ordering & receiving, inventory
  • Staff training & motivation
  • Scheduling
  • Managing 510 employees
