Pay $ $25.00hr depending on experience plus great benefits.

Essential Job Duties (Up to 10 statements summarizing major duties weight each item at 10%)

  • Maintain purchase manifest and supplier accounts.
  • Determines and plans daily route and vendor visits.
  • Delivers payment to the vendor.
  • Identify potential new customers and establish relationships.
  • Awareness of company inventory and supply needs.
  • Maintain a network of customers to sustain continuity and consistency in quality and volume buys.
  • Maintain a direct line of communication with leadership and peers regarding competitive situations, market conditions, and scheduling.
  • May work with leadership to negotiate pricing and purchase terms.
  • May be responsible for processing orders, and managing relationships.
  • May inspect the product for proof of ownership and attachtitle or CD to an agreement.
  • May load goods onto the truck or coordinate goods for shipment/transport, verify manifest, and validate the accuracy of paperwork.
  • May organize delivery or delivery of products and unloading of goods.
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities (Direct or Indirect):

  • Not responsible for supervising employees.

Basic Qualifications

Education & Experience:


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years related car, procurement, yard, or warehouse experience.
  • Ability to judge the resalability of products purchased.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and pass an MVR and Drug Test.
  • If driving 10,001+ GVWR, must have medical certification.
  • Must qualify for corporate insurance programs, including vehicle insurance.
Preferred Qualifications (Include qualifications that are desired but optional):

  • Forklift experience.
  • College coursework.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:


  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of replacement parts for the aftermarket collision repair industry.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret

graphs.

  • Frequent use of electronic mail, word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, graphics, etc.
  • Frequently communicates complex information and interacts with management. Can present, resolve, and
address delicate situations. Can motivate and persuade others.

  • Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.
  • Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive, and generally solved by following clear directions
and procedures.

  • Results are defined and existing practices are used as guidelines for how to complete work activities;
works closely with a supervisor/manager who provides broad guidance and overall direction.

  • Prioritize assigned and routine tasks. Handle appropriately

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment:


  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull,
squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods.

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. On occasions, an employee may be
asked to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.

  • The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment. Must be able to work
in cramped spaces or underneath vehicles that may require getting into awkward positions. May regularly

wear personal protective equipment (PPE). May be exposed to extreme temperatures and high noise

levels.
