We love EDEKA markets. Ingolf Schubert has been successfully operating in the retail industry for over 18 years in Waren (Müritz) and Rostock.

What started as a stationary market has now become a family-owned, value-oriented company with six markets and two online shops, where we deliver desired goods directly to our customers' homes.

With around 300 employees, we work together to create a unique shopping experience in various departments such as daily necessities, floristry, tobacco and post shop, salad counters, bakery stations, and our own bistro.

Our responsibilities include marketing fresh meat, sausages, cheese, and self-service goods at the counter, preparing specialties, stocking and replenishing the counter, promoting sales through product presentation and maintenance, providing expert advice and service to customers, and ordering goods.

We are looking for candidates who have completed an apprenticeship as a specialist salesperson in the food trade with a focus on butchery, or as a butcher, or have a completed vocational training in retail.

Knowledge of HACCP (hygiene regulations) is required, as well as a good understanding of the product range. We are looking for individuals with a friendly demeanor, a well-groomed appearance, and a strong focus on customer orientation. The ability to work shifts and on weekends is also necessary.
