Your responsibilities:

  • User and application support in the area of investment processes with a focus on asset accounting
  • Development and implementation of ideas for continuous improvement of user support
  • Planning and conducting user training
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation and user information
  • Support in quality assurance of programs and processes

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in public administration or business administration (FH) or a comparable education
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of public administration in the field of finance
  • Knowledge of SAP or Infoma is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Independent and responsible work style, logical and analytical thinking skills
  • You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by flexibility, customer orientation, and good communication skills
  • Willingness to further education
