Summary:
Provide logístical support to sales and production team by performing the duties as listed below.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Transcribes data from office records such as customer's name, address, and items purchased or services rendered.
  • Quotation, P.O. and invoice maintenance.
  • Maintain contact with customers in order to cycle product through factory in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Track work through various locations and report progress made on the lots to customers and management.
  • Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
  • Provide general administrative duties as needed to sales and production team.
  • Work closely with Accounting department to keep accounts receivables current
  • Familiar with order administration and order entry systems
  • Maintain existing customer accounts as assigned by sales manager
  • Act as a liaison between sales, finance, purchasing, production control, logistics departments

Education and/or Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:


  • Requires considerable knowledge of: modern office methods and procedures; modern business English, spelling and arithmetic; the operations of common office machines and equipment.
  • Requires considerable ability to: use good judgment in making routine decisions in accordance with existing laws, ordinances, regulations and departmental policies and procedures; establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with departmental personnel and customers.
  • Understanding of demand process, decisions and schedule, knowledge of forecast plan

Computer Skills:


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software, as well as Microsoft Outlook.

  • Ability to handle multiple detailed oriented tasks
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
