- Support Director of Sales in preparing for customer appointments.
- Track and regularly update the status of purchase orders (POs), shipments, inventories, and available to sell (ATS).
- Accept, input, track, and follow-up with C/S on customer contracts and orders in the system.
- Continuously track and manage relevant sales data, as assigned.
- Assist the Division with administrative tasks, inclusive of Shopping Cart and Market Week preparation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suites/Applications related software.
- Ability to generate pivot tables and execute VLOOKUP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
- SAP experience is a plus.
