    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through handling incoming calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Handle incoming calls professionally and provide solutions to customer inquiries
    • Resolve customer complaints in a calm and empathetic manner
    • Ensure all calls are logged accurately and efficiently in the system
    • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager, when necessary
    • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality
    • Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in using computer systems and software
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
