We are looking for you as:

Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for an emergency hotline in the healthcare sector in part-time - 100% remote work

Your new tasks:

Initial assessment of the caller's individual situation using special software
If necessary, refer the caller to medical care (from recommendations from the medical emergency service to the ambulance service)
Documentation of the call in the system

What you bring with you:

Professional experience in customer service or in the healthcare industry is an advantage
Career changers are welcome
Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Flexibility to work in shifts (especially in the late shift and on Sundays and public holidays)
Patience, friendliness, and empathy for the best possible care and assistance for callers
