'We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Participation Controller (m/f/d) for our national and international companies at our location in Bremen or Hamburg.


What you can expect from us:

  • Participation controlling and business partnering for the group and our individual companies
  • Independent management of all planning, budget and forecast processes
  • Provision of relevant information including quarterly and segment reporting
  • Further development of existing planning, analysis and control tools
  • Definition, implementation and analysis of KPIs as a basis for operational and strategic control
  • Direct interface with the commercial managers of the subsidiary companies
  • Close cooperation with the board of directors, management and central finance departments
  • Exciting project work

What you bring with you:

  • Completed degree in economics or a similar field of study
  • Several years of solid professional experience in (participation) controlling in a dynamic environment
  • High analytical and conceptual thinking skills and confident presentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and a professional and confident demeanor
  • Systematic, independent work style combined with a willingness to shape and a handson mentality
  • Experience in the development and implementation of relevant control instruments
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of LucaNet and Unit4/Prevero is an advantage
  • Very good English skills in spoken and written form
