We are looking for a *IT Service & Operations Manager* m/f/d in full-time, permanent position for our location in Offenburg, starting as soon as possible.

*Your responsibilities
  • Establish and lead an operations team
  • Expand and take responsibility for the existing IT service management
  • Further development of identity and access management
  • Responsibility for planning and implementing hardware rollouts for the entire hospital network
  • Development and implementation of future-oriented and sustainable structures, processes and standards in collaboration with the department head to increase service quality and optimize operations
  • Promote a positive work culture, collaboration and high motivation within the teams
  • Participation in personnel recruitment
*Your qualifications
  • Completed degree in business informatics, computer science, natural sciences, engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Successful leadership and development of teams or departments
  • In-depth knowledge
