We are currently looking for a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) to join our team in Essen.

Your Main Tasks:

  • Independent processing of payroll and salary accounting, as well as tax and social security-related issues
  • Preparation of works council hearings, employment contracts, contract changes, warnings, terminations, and other correspondence
  • Point of contact for managers and employees regarding labor law and personnel management issues
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics

Your Profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have further training in the field of personnel
  • Professional experience in a similar role
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor, social security, and works constitution law
  • Experience with HR and ERP software (ideally: DATEV payroll and salary, as well as MS Dynamics 365 Business Central)
