We are currently seeking a part-time hours/week) Team Leader for Financial Accounting (m/f/d) to join our team in Kendall Park, NJ starting in May 2021.

Responsibilities:

Professional and disciplinary management of financial accounting with a focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable
Ensuring tax and commercial compliance through active involvement in the daytoday operations of the accounting department
Point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and tax inspectors
Active and futureoriented process optimization
Travel expense calculation for management
Control tasks in the financial accounting department
Preparation of reports (VAT returns, summary reports)
Preparation of various analyses and statistics (income statement, cost and performance accounting, static liquidity, development comparisons)
Preparatory work for the annual financial statements
Payment transactions (invoice settlement, monitoring of incoming payments)
Management of bank accounts and data
Invoicing/dunning process
