We are looking for a Personalreferent (m/f/d) for our client in Braddock, PA.

Your responsibilities:

Support and advise managers on all operational and strategic HR issues; assist managers in their daily leadership tasks
Manage employees from entry to exit
Identify individual and departmental development needs and provide ongoing support
Conduct all recruiting activities
Implement and support various peoplerelated projects

Your profile:

You have a commercial education with further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) or several years of experience in the HR department of an industrial company, preferably as a passionate personnel service specialist.
You have a solid understanding of labor, works council, and social law
You are a creative and empathetic person
You are a team player with a proactive attitude and handson mentality
You have excellent communication skills, a good expression, and a professional appearance
Reliability, discretion, and a sense of responsibility are natural for you
