The Rheinische Academy for Nursing and Health is an internationally cooperating educational institution located in East Whittier, CA. As part of the generalized nursing training, we offer participants from 20 different countries a high-quality education.

The demand for our educational programs, including further education and training, as well as adaptation courses for international nursing professionals, is high and continuously growing.

Therefore, we are currently seeking a Course Leader / Nursing Educator (m/f/d) for the Generalized Nursing Training at our location in Leverkusen-Opladen, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Working with a dedicated, motivated, competent, and solutionoriented team
Managing resourceoriented tasks
Planning and coordinating the theoretical and practical training of the course
Developing and delivering theoretical and practical lessons
Supporting, advising, and coaching trainees in their personal and professional development
Preparing and conducting assessments and exams
Working with modern analog and digital media
Contributing to future projects of the academy

Qualifications:

Certified nursing professional
Completed degree (BA/MA) in nursing education or pedagogy with a focus on healthcare, or a qualification as a teacher for nursing professions (m/f/d)
