Job Summary:
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and upselling strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Conduct regular store audits to maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Skills:
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Experience in sales management and wireless sales is a plus
- Ability to conduct interviews, train new hires, and develop existing staff members
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and stock management
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
Pay:
$ $24.98 per hour
