Duties:

• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments for patients
• Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
• Assisting the chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments
• Maintaining patient records and updating information as necessary
• Managing the flow of patients in the office to ensure efficiency
• Collecting payments and processing insurance claims
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries or concerns

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Basic knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures is a plus

This role requires a high level of professionalism, as you will be interacting with patients on a daily basis.

The ability to work well in a team is essential, as you will be collaborating with the chiropractor and other staff members to provide quality care to patients.

Prior experience working in a chiropractic office or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.

$ $23.00 per hour
