    What You'll Work On:

    • Work with the Franchise Development team to welcome incoming franchisees and begin their process of onboarding to the franchise system.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of franchise system enhancements, including operational processes, communication channels, and best practices.
    • Successfully reinforces brand standards and quality standards.
    • Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
    • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed in relation to system improvement.
    • Onboard incoming franchisees working them through the process of establishing their business and completing all training.
    • Provide support to the operations team, including preparing materials and reports.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining CRM records.
    • Compose internal and/or external correspondence.
    • Performs other duties or projects as assigned.

    What You Bring With You:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
    • Hunger for professional growth and learning.
    • Willingness to exemplify our values of excellence and kindness.
    • Experience in administration and organization, ideally in a home services environment
    • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel and members of multiple corporate teams and franchise locations.
    • Superb written skills, and use of online software and programs.
    • Solid organizational skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

    Salary:

    $70,000-$80,000 to commensurate with experience

    Location:

    In person in our Austin, TX office. Must be in commuting distance or relocating prior to starting the role.
