- Work with the Franchise Development team to welcome incoming franchisees and begin their process of onboarding to the franchise system.
- Assist in the development and implementation of franchise system enhancements, including operational processes, communication channels, and best practices.
- Successfully reinforces brand standards and quality standards.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed in relation to system improvement.
- Onboard incoming franchisees working them through the process of establishing their business and completing all training.
- Provide support to the operations team, including preparing materials and reports.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining CRM records.
- Compose internal and/or external correspondence.
- Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Hunger for professional growth and learning.
- Willingness to exemplify our values of excellence and kindness.
- Experience in administration and organization, ideally in a home services environment
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with personnel and members of multiple corporate teams and franchise locations.
