Pay Range:
$40 - $42/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities Control production process including tooling and equipment to ensure validated state is maintained and output and quality meet production and customer targets. Drive improved product quality by identifying manufacturing issues, developing cost-effective solutions, and overseeing successful implementation into production Monitor and improve productivity, while ensuring all customer commitments are met in a timely, quality and cost-conscious manner In-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how the work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area and the customer. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve complex problems. Will often be required to collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and arrive at decisions. Problem Solving Skills are critical to success in this position. Ability to document changes per required Change Control processes within the Manufacturing Plant A job at this level is likely to be a high individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills and provides informal guidance to new team members.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related technical degree from an accredited university or college and at least 2 years of experience manufacturing or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to document, plan, market, and execute projects. Established project management skills. Prior leadership experience and/or high individual contributor with desire to become a leader. Strong problem-solving skills.
