Do you have a contagious smile and a passion for creating exceptional patient experiences?

Clearview Eye and Laser Center is looking for a charismatic and detail-oriented Director of First Impressions to join our team In this pivotal role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our center, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and excited about their LASIK consultation.

Responsibilities:

Be the Heart of the Center: Warmly greet patients, visitors, and staff, creating a positive and professional first impression.

Patient Experience Champion: Guide patients through the pre-consultation process, answer questions clearly, and address any concerns with empathy and knowledge.

Communication Maestro: Professionally answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and handle administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy.

Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with the LASIK team to ensure a smooth patient flow and efficient operation.

Ambiance Architect: Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area, fostering a positive environment for patients.


Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fastpaced healthcare or customer service environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and exceeding patient expectations.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for patient care.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new technologies.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
