Requirements for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, although other majors will also be considered.
  • Understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales management tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to handle sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry practices.
  • Previous work experience in sales, customer service, or a related customerfacing role.
  • Proactive in identifying new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Resilience and persistence, especially in handling rejections and continuing to pursue sales goals.
