The Associate Material Requirement Planning Analyst position will be located at our Rolling Meadows, IL facility


This position will:
Help ensure materials and equipment are available to customers per purchase order schedule delivery dates. Create Manual Requisitions via the direction of material needs groups such as Engineers and Developers. Maintains purchase order delivery dates and contacts shipping/transportation resolves. Shipment delays and inconsistencies in purchase orders with vendors. Works with vendors to secure the appropriate goods and coordinate delivery. Track Purchase Orders from placement through delivery. Notify customers/management team promptly if a critical delivery is going to be late. Assisting in the resolution of non-receivables. Assisting the Engineering team with Capital projects by providing detailed status updates and weekly reports for program visibility. Attend staff bi-weekly meetings and other meetings as necessary.


Responsibilities:


Working cross-functionally, this position is part of our manual purchasing requisition writing team responsible for analyzing manufacturing, engineering, enterprise resource planning, and other material requirements.

Working collaboratively with other requisition writers, this position will also resolve material requirements or business system problems with cross-functional representatives.

Approves part or material requisitions and initiates purchase change orders. Follows up with suppliers regarding delivery status and lead times.


Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 0 years' experience.
  • Problem Solving Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Discretion/Latitude Works under only very general supervision. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
  • Impact Contributes to the completion of organizational projects and goals. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results would normally be detected in supervisory oversight.
  • Liaison Frequent internal company contacts. Contacts are primarily with the immediate supervisor and other personnel in the section or group. Represents section or group on specific projects.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Desire to grow.
  • Must be a United States Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Working knowledge of MRP/ Supply Chain
  • SAP working knowledge.
  • APICS CPIM &/or CSCP certification.

MANUMS

Salary Range:
$51,700 - $77,500

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
