We are currently seeking a full-time
Student Advisor and Applicant Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our location in
Munich to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • Your target group will be prospective students and applicants, whom you will inspire to study at ISM.
  • You will accompany interested parties and applicants (m/f/d) as a personal contact person on their journey to university, providing personal, telephone, and digital advice from initial contact to the signing of the study contract.
  • At information events, university fairs, and individual consultations, you will inform applicants about the advantages and requirements of a bachelor's degree and represent ISM.
  • Together with the team, you will carry out marketing and communication activities, such as planning and organizing study information days and information evenings.
  • You will familiarize yourself with the education landscape and regularly conduct market and competition analyses.
