Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Schedules all administrative meetings for the administrative team and manages the
appointment calendar for meetings for the directors.

  • Address employee queries regarding office management issues such as counseling any
employees struggling in their roles.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Department and oversee that all HR duties are
being completed promptly and professionally.

  • Interviewing and training new administrative employees
  • Overseeing the usage of the office budget including ordering, payment of vendor
invoices, etc.

  • Conducts the ordering for all office supplies including new stationery, furniture,
appliances, and electronics as required

  • Liaison for all outside vendors such as cleaning, catering, and security services. Includes
ensures that work orders are placed to the office is clean, and safe and ensures its

appliances are in good working order.

  • Reporting office progress to the Director of Operations and working with the director's
team to the improvement of office operations and procedures.


Must have one year experience in an administrative office position.

Associate's Degree accepted, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
